Hello Sir,
My name is Mr.Mohammed Chambas,I work for a zoological/Veterinary services company here in Ghana, our company is in need of a product (Apoko roots product) raw material, our company ran out of stock of this product which is a raw material required to mix some vaccines to obtain end product (feed supplement) to supply to the Government who awarded the contract to our company to deliver and distribute the feed supplement to other states,regions and districts in the country for Agriculture purposes.

Following some issues between our company and the purchasing manager on purchase of some other products, for obvious reasons he decided to quit and resigned his job and went further to established a separate company of his own with the profits he made out of the purchase of this product to our the company, he was then in full charge of the department of all procurement of materials and products for the company.

That former purchasing manager was the head of my department in the company and my direct boss before he quit his job as the company purchasing manager,he made the company to believe that the product is ordered at the rate of$32,860 USD per Gallon, following his resignation, I was appointed as the interim or temporary purchasing manager in charge of the same department recently

I managed to discover that the same product is supplied to him by the dealers at the rate of USD $18,500 per Gallon, which he delivers to our company at the rate of $32,860 USD making a huge amount of profits for himself. As a matter of fact, I do not wish to let anyone in our company know about this because of my interest to make some profits with this opportunity.

Listen, the deal here now is that I intend to present you as the supplier so you will be a middleman between our company and the local based dealer of the product if you're willing to cooperate and follow the procedures accordingly, so that our company will not know the main-source of the product or the dealer but to deal with you directly as the supplier.

However, the profit will be shared among the both of us at the close of the deal, 70% for you and 30% for me, after deduction of any expenses you may have incurred during the transaction processes.

This deal will be a long term business between you and our company if you're able to convince and handle the transaction professionally as a direct supplier and deliver successfully.

We acknowledge receipt of your price list and the product information, selling at the rate of $32,860.00 USD per gallon which is accepted and approved by our company board of directors and management committee to purchase the product from your company based on the below terms and conditions dealing with you in a first transaction:

1, All payments are via bank to bank wire transfer.
2, Purchasing manager will be assigned to fly to meet with you to finalize the transactions in the United States being your business based location, we require a product sample for a litmus test of product quality and will be provided to the purchasing manager upon arrival and meeting with you in the United States to finalize the transaction prospects.

3, You make available a minimum 2 (two) liters sample of the product for the testing to ascertain the quality of your product to proceed with order. testing
will be conducted by the purchasing manager in your presence at any preferred and secured location there in the United states before we make any payment to purchase your product.

Purchasing manager arrives with our company's minimal laboratory testing apparatus to conduct the testing, if the test result analysis of sample proofs
satisfactory to our consumption standard, we proceed as offered and make an advance payment for the quantity ordered but be informed that our company does not make payment for the sample for testing of product quality.

We order and purchase products in large quantities based on satisfactory test result analysis of samples tested and confirmed by the
purchasing manager. You provide samples of your product for testing before we order in bulk quantities. After testing, the remaining or left over of the sample tested will be handed back to you.

4. Upon successful test of product sample result analysis and result confirmed satisfactory, we place an order and immediately wire transfer to your bank account an amount of 80% of total quantity ordered in advance or down payment to enable you to produce and deliver the product in 10 to 15 days of receiving the initial advance payment in your bank account.

Balance of 20% payment will be wired to complete payment and received in your bank account and confirmed by you before delivery of the product to our
purchasing manager there in the United States. We deal in CIF business transactions.

5, The quantity required for order from your company in this first transaction is 510 gallons and each gallon contains 5 liters. Upon order it is
expected to be delivered in 10 to 15 days as informed.

6.Our company handles and makes payments of transportation and shipment via air freight from your location of delivery of the product in the United States through to our destination in Ghana.
