Dear Beneficiary,

The International Monetary Fund issued findings during the Q1 U.N. General
meeting held in New York revolved around ensuring that a permanent process
is in place to address and relieve debt settlements and compensation to
affected victims with a focus on resilience, accountability and most
transparent process.

The United Nations Compensation Commission was established in accordance
with Security Council resolutions 687 (1991) and 692 (1991) to process
claims and pay compensation to victims for losses and damages incurred by
individuals, corporations, Governments and international organizations as a
direct result of financial loss for successful completion of projects with
registered institution .

The Commission has received approximately 720 verified and authentic claims
and concluded its review on all genuine claims in the just concluded
summit. Approximately $1.4 billion was approved via the World Bank assisted
Programme and awarded to over 10 international registered consulting firm
with the United Nations and payment centres for distribution to approved
claims and victims of verified losses in all categories, with each
beneficiary of the claims assigned a unique payment code for identification
to avoid double payment from this payment scheme.

With today’s payment process, the Commission has approved the below named
payment officer for your debt settlement. This category B claim was
submitted by the Government of the State, approved by the commission for
immediate payment of US$5.7M ( Five Million Seven Hundred Thousand United
States Dollars Only). You are hereby advised to contact the below named
payment officer quoting the commission approval compensation reference

settlement on receipt of this important notification.
