As we were briefed that this is a Classified case and we have to handle with Priority.
We accept to work for you and tabulated below is our due legal process;
We will need to file a motion at the Claims Court in accordance to Article 29B of the Belgian Act of 21 November 1989.
Therefore all would be issued with Proper Official Endorsement and Stamp Duty of the following documents in your name and favor as the appointed beneficiary:
1. Affidavit of Claim (Registered with Stamp Duty and Notary Stamp)
2. Claim Authorization Order(Registered with Stamp Duty)
3. Final Fund Release Order
All these forms have to be obtained from the Ministry of Justice at a fee and will have to pay for the Notary Public to certify them and also pay stamp duty to have it registered at the courts. We expect you to take care of these preliminary costs (Total of Three thousand, two hundred and eighty Euros
(€ 3,200) or its equivalent in your currency.
We will represent you until all documents are in place and Final Release Order issued on this case number.
The Order bides both parties to maintain the agreement reached on the Order which shall be in your favor for the release of your claim with interference whatsoever from any government office or agency.
You are expected to inform us of your readiness with the fees for us to give you directives on the mode of payment.
Our legal team has been briefed for the acquisition, legalization, notarization, endorsement, presentation and claim release. The account details will be forwarded upon confirmation of your readiness for payment. Therefore we expect your urgent response and cooperation to enable us commence the proceedings.
Once the above documents are in place, we shall send you copies and submit the originals to the committee and holding bank for the release your claim amount to you immediately.
