Government of Nigeria to carefully study all the foreign
companies/individuals that their payment has been withheld by the past
government and some officials of the Ministry of Finance and Central
Bank of Nigeria that were requested UN-necessary fees and charges
which the fees are not reflected in the government treasury.

In furtherance to this directive all contractor is here by to
reconfirm all their contract number and contract sum with your
receiving bank details so that we will advise you on how your contract
payment will be release to you.

given to you by the past officer in charge this will help us to
