TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

This is to inform the general public, local and foreign contractors, beneficiaries of inheritance funds registered with the Central bank of Nigeria who applied for Integrated Debt Payment Access Account-IDPA Account/ATM Debit Cards that the new ATM debit cards as approved by the Debt Management office are ready for distribution.

Applicants/beneficiaries are hereby advised to contact the office stated below to confirm theirs, and thereafter schedule shipment/delivery as third party collections will not be entertained.

Consequently, formal abandonment procedures will commence and the card voided for any applicants/beneficiaries who fail to contact the office stated below in person, in writing or by phone within 10 working days.

It was never the intention of the Debt Management office to cancel the ATM debit cards earlier issued out, they were canceled as a result of the fraud and irregularities discovered in the registration process which ran afoul of the rules and procedure as stipulated in the CBN Act of 2011 as amended.
