A case has been filed against you by the Louder-Sound Groups, Taiwan,
through the C.C Osogaeme Chambers (their Principal Attorney), in the Ikoyi
District Area of Lagos State, stating that you authorized or have
transferred your Inherited Contract Sum to them.

The contract, which was awarded and executed by your late relative through
the Nigerian Liquid-Field and Natural Gas (NLNG), Bonny Island, Rivers State
was valued to the tune of US$29.7 million, was deposited with Nigeria
Deposit Insurance Corporation (NDIC).

Sighting on the papers sent in by the C.C Osogaeme Chambers, it appeared the
Louder-Sound Groups have information to the said contract, but no concrete
document has been received to ascertain the authenticity of the claim and as
such, we leave it pending till you are contacted.

You are therefore requested to write us regarding the above statement and
