I am Jennifer Didier a consultant with Parcel Experts.

In line with our arrangement to movement of the cash consignments over to your Country, through diplomatic means, it is my pleasure to inform you that the whole sum in question were packaged in 2 trunk metal consignment and delivered to be delivered via a diplomatic company called Parcel Experts. Before provision of further shipment details regarding what needs to be done by you in assisting us in retrieval of the cash consignments from the security company; please note the following, the contractual shipment agreement between us and the official courier company PARCEL EXPERTS.

Parcel Experts (the security and finance company holding the funds) handles shipments for Diplomats, Accredited members of their organization, governors and presidents of the world. Shipments handled for their accredited members are always immune, thus exempting the said shipment to possible scanning or inspection by customs at the different cargo inspection unit of different international airport that the shipments are scheduled to pass through.

Parcel Experts have two types of diplomatic shipment agreement namely

1) Disclosure Delivery Contractual Agreement (a shipment agreement that enables the customs at the port of entries for passage of the consignments to be inspected.
2) Non-Disclosure Contractual Delivery Agreement (a shipment agreement that exempts the consignments from possible inspection or scanning by the customs at cargo inspection units that the consignments are scheduled to pass through)

For sake of confidentiality, we packaged the whole sum in two trunk boxes and adopted Parcel Expert Non-Disclosure Contractual delivery Agreement.

The company staffs (Parcel Experts) other than me and you does not know the original contents of the consignments to be money in excess of 25,000,000:00 USD, and will only act on the information tagged on them (UN Diplomatic Documents) to issue you a formal letter of shipments/consignments release processes and procedures. You are to arrange to meet our designated Official at your nearest Airport in your conutry, next week to finalize. Contact them now via email, phone and fax now to make necessary arrangements.

Before hand, please find below the charges associated to release of your consignments.

1) Administrative Charges- 5,500 USD (Payable to the company before verification of the consignments by you in private)

2) Delivery and Handling Charges- 12,500 USD. (Payable to the company after inspection of the consignments in your city)
