RE: LETTER OF GUARANTEE AND AUTHORIZATION FOR UNCONDITIONAL RELEASE OF US$15,7 MILLION WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT
Please take note in the past two months which have overseeing the affairs of
the Federal Government of Nigeria as the ACTING PRESIDENT since the President
has being recuperating in a London Hospital. I have taking time to gob through
Nigeria Debt profile both INTERNAL and EXTERNAL DEBT.
After going through Nigerian Debt profile and the reason why despite all the
effort made by the government in the last 10years our debt keep going up
instead coming down. I discovered that most of the money the Government has
being allocating from the BUDGET in the last 10 years has ended being diverted
to private pocket rather than being USED to offset the debt they are approved
for.
Based on this, I have decided to be directly in charged of every external debt
approved for payment this year.
I wish to inform you that you are one of those approved to be paid in this
first payment batch consisting of 125 Foreign beneficiaries, whose debt ranged
from US$550,000 to US$45Million.
For you the sum of US$15Million has being approved to be paid to you with
immediately effect.
You will receive your payment from the GOVERNOR CENTRAL BANK OF NIGERIA GODWIN
EMEFIELE.
The payment will come either through CERTIFIED BANK DRAFT or ATM CARD, so
indicate what means of payment you prefare when you contact him.

of CERTIFIED BANK DRAFT or ATM CARD.
