In lieu of the subject matter above I wish to use this medium to bring to your notice that I am now in receipt of a high powered Senate Resolution/Order mandating me to terminate your approved NNPC Sub contract payment.

This is as a result of your inability and refusal to pay your official contractual obligations to the FRN. Equally your adamant towards your official dues has resulted in your search for shortcuts and bypassing of official Government and Banking standards resulting in your continuous dealings with fraudsters, syndicates and scam artist.

It may interest you to know that your frequent dealings with unofficial persons has resulted in dragging the good name of FRN to the mud, public criticism among the International Community and above all labeling the FRN as a debtor Nation. Please understand that every country of the world like Nigeria has its own constitution and financial policies hence you are aware of such constitutional laws and policies before executing the contract. When you officially abide by these constitutional laws by paying your official due/contractual obligations so also you will receive your approve fund payment without hindrances.

Finally and in a nut shell I employ you to see this notice as the last clarion call for you to do the necessary because after the {21} days ultimatum starting today and you still fail to pay your contractual obligations, I shall act as directed without prejudice. What part of my message do you not understand?

Does it mean you do not have any outstanding fund claim with Nigeria? It is either you are not the intended beneficiary or you simply do not want to open up to me and if that is the case there is no need for this communication but that too does not stop me from doing the necessary after the 21 days.

The most important right now is that you have receive the notice so it is required of you to liaise with me legitimately to settle this matter on a successful note.

I have received your personal details excluding your ID but you are yet to state how much is due and payable to you, weather inheritance of contract and your Banking details if you are receiving by Bank wire transfer.
