Sorry to read you were tricked by this scammer. Unfortunately similar cases happens every day and it is not much that can be done to recover the money you lost.
If the payments were done using Western Union, are no chances for you to recover those money.

Consider everything used with the scammer compromised and change it - email address, skype, phone number. If you don't do it, the scammer will be back trying to scam you again or even worse, trying to convince you to become part of his scams with the promise you will be able in this way to recover the money you lost.

Help yourself by helping others - report your scammer here.Google can be your best friend;use it if you have doubts about someone met online. If someone met online only asks for money, no matter what reason, it´s 100% scam.
