After not talking to me anymore, the scammer joined the site and is of course now banned. Joining meant we get to see their IP address.

From the French language, the type of scam they were referring to and the threat style we'd pretty much figured out their location, but this confirms it. They even used the same email address, fihzeigzegzeg@gmail.com to join and in the part where we ask how they found us, they said "Superbien" which is French for "Superb". Why yes, yes we are!
