How easy is it to make fake ID? Actually, incredibly easy. Yesterday I was thinking about the presentation I gave at BSides and how it could be extended to a longer format. One of the ideas I had was to show how simple it is to find an image of a blank ID online and then Photoshop it into something convincing. My PS skills are passable at best, but within about 15 minutes I'd created something that would at least pass a cursory glance from someone who didn't know what the ID was supposed to look like. Here's what I managed:
