The primary purpose of our forum is to keep people safe from scammers. Baiting scammers is the other side of the coin, and is how many people in the antiscam community start off. There's a lot of wrong/bad/dangerous information out there, and we want to help redress the balance. We'll share howtos here, and also offer up the chance to ask questions related to baiting. You never know, we may even share some of our baits too.

Baiting can be fun, it can be a great tool in gaining information from scammers such as bank accounts or fake sites that we can then get closed and it's invaluable in getting to learn what new techniques are being used. Above all though, it's how much of the information on this forum was obtained. No matter your reasons for wanting to bait, getting that information posted online to save others from getting scammed should always be your #1 priority.

I've been 'retired' for years, but the cockroaches keep pissing me off. They get into everything. I can't remember how to use the board, but I'm sure that'll come back in time. Nice to see you all.

I have a few questions. What platforms are we using now? I was always a fan of email, but I have no idea whether it's useful anymore. What about skype? My phone presently doesn't do free international calls but I can change that in a heartbeat. Considering a voice changer just to have more fun. Any advice to make my baiting more useful and entertaining is welcome.

I'm still using G-mail and Skype.

Skype now has a language translator too but it takes a while for it to work.

If you get stuck posting just ask. It's pretty much the same as when you were here before. You might take a look at a few topics in the section you plan to be baiting in to be sure you are posting the same way as we are.
