I arrived in Madrid this morning where I have submitted a Letter of Introduction to the Commercial Savings Bank having also secured a Change of Ownership Certificate from the Madrid High Court on your behalf for the release of the funds to you as the Next of Kin to my late client Mr. Andrew Douglas.
