Loan scam.

Dear Sir,

The intent of this email is to seek possible collaborations in viable investment and project development globally.

As a way of introduction, Dammam Capital Investment Services is an investment portfolio enterprise based and operating within the Middle East; mostly within Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates (UAE) with other smaller portfolio management and investments spread across the middle east and GCC countries. Great Alliance Project Management Services is mentioned on a website pretending to be The Abu Dhabi Health Authority Procurement Agency:

20 Jun, 2021: The Abu Dhabi Health Authority Procurement Agency wishes to announce that the Great Alliance Project Management Services, has been awarded the contract to supply all Medical and COVID-19 PPE Equipment for the year 2022.

The "authority" making that announcement apparently on June 20, 2021 was registered on January 19, 2022. The scammers cloned the Department of Health - Abu Dhabi website and operated few minor changes to fit their bogus "authority".

The fake procurement agency is active on the fraudulent domain name adhapa-ae.org.

Great Alliance Project Management Services was also mentioned in a scam report made by a potential victim organisation on Linkedin 4 months ago:

Our organization was contacted by Omar Abdulla from a company called Nasmat Al Noor Technical Services, Inc. with the following email: omar.abdulla@nasmatservices.com, phone number: +971 55 120 9551 and website: https :// nasmatservices.com/welcome/ to place a Personal Protective Equipment order on behalf of the Government of Sharjah. They said they worked with the Government Procurement Authority of Sharjah to provide high quality medical protective gear.

We provided the quote and after several weeks of exchanging emails, we were asked to pay $9,980USD in fees to a company called GREAT ALLIANCE PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES. The banking information for this company is at the Commercial Bank of Dubai. We were never informed that we were required to make a payment, and that we had to make such payment to an unknown third party that was never mentioned.

We reported the case to the authorities and they confirmed this company was attempting to scam us.
