The fake site used in scam belongs to a company pretending to be Dammam Capital Middle East Investment.

From their fake website:

Dammam Capital Middle East Investment is a private joint stock company, licensed in 2007 by the Saudi Capital Market Authority.
We are a leading Islamic investment company that provides products and services holds all licenses in asset management, arrangement, advisory, custody services, and investment banking services.
