Attn.,

Firstly, I want to notify you of this good news that was found in your
favor. There is one "Certificate of Deposit" in my care right now,
which has your e-mail and names as the true beneficiary of the sum of
$7million as seen in the attached. The funds are ready for use and
plans are on the way to send you the sum of $30,000 through Moneygram,
which is
to enable you have few cash in your pocket for pursuit of the (US$7M),
which will be moved to your location soon. Please, let me apologize for
the delays and denials we experienced along the way before this became
a reality by way of recent good governance.

(1). This man whose passport was attached said he was acting on your
instructions. He said the reason you haven't written me was because
you were quarantine for covic19, thus you appointed him as your
representative to receive this fund on your behalf, and his name Mr.
John Welsh. (see attached international passport)

(2).He gave the receiver's name as John Welsh for the first $30,000
proposed to you by Moneygram, and an address in Washington DC for
shipment of the funds in tune of US$7M by installment of $500,000
every two work days.

Due to many scammers who are into identity theft or into forging of
relevant citizens means of identification for crimes, I've put on this
measure to checkmate their illegal activities and to make sure I am
dealing with the right person.

QUESTION: Is Mr. "John Welsh"your partner and representative? CONFIRM
him OR DENY him, and advise on the way forward.

As you know all the Details of this matter, Thank you for your patience.

With respect,
Arnold G.
