I am Dr. Kingsley C. Moghalu, former Deputy Governor Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN). My essence of sending this message to you is to know if you were able to receive your contract payment which I duly approved for release to you before leaving the office in 2014.

In furtherance to the question above I want to let you know that this is as a result of an email message I received in my personal email address from a contractor whom I approved his payment in 2014 informing me that he is yet to be paid until now and so having confirmed that to be true I took it upon myself to see that he got paid and it was in the course of doing that I find out that there are still some who are still facing the same problem and so this is the reason I am sending you this mail to know if you have been paid or not considering the fact that I recognize yours as once of this I endorsed.

So do well to let me know if you received your payment or not.
