Posted on behalf of the victim:

The company claims to be assisting people with funding for projects, we made contact with them through emails and submitted projects to them which they approved.
We were told that to be eligible for funding one had to be a member of the pool by paying membership fees of $554 dollars. This amount was paid to them as they had advised that our project was eligible for funding after their assessment.
Upon payment of the said amount, they came back advising that we had to pay additional money to upgrade our membership do that we could be funded. At this point we became suspicious of their activities and sent an email to the Malaysian embassy in xxx ( victim's country removed) to verify this company. Their feedback was that this FVIS Company was not registered in Malaysia.

We sent an email to FVIS requesting a refund and they have refused to do so. We are strongly suspecting that this may be fraudulent activities scamming people from all around the world by pretending to offer project funding.They also claim to be having offices in the USA.
