Thanks for your reply. It is my obligation to give you necessary details.
I am attorney to your Late Relative; xxx Who lived
in London, United Kingdom for over two (2) decades before his death.
He died of a heart attack one year later after the demise of his wife
and two children in a car accident, which occurred December 2013.
Before his death; he has a Trunk Box of Personal Treasure, containing
the sum of US$9,500,000.00 (Nine Million, Five Hundred Thousand United
States Dollars Only) with a Security and Financial Institution here in
London-UK.
As the attorney to Late xxx, the security firm has
mandated me to present a member of his family (heir/Inheritor) to make
claims or else the vault will be confiscated and considered as
unclaimed. After exhaustive efforts and searching for a direct family
member which proved abortive, i was given the last option to present a
Next of Kin/Beneficiary for the claim or have the vault liquidated and
made unserviceable in accordance with the existing laws.
Against these conditions, my suggestion is that, i will like you to
stand in as the Next of Kin/Beneficiary. It does not necessary matter
whether you are related to Late Mr. Duke Frankenstein, but for the
fact that you bear the same last name with my late client makes it
100% easy because the responsibility to establish your relationship
rest on me as I will do everything legally required to ensure that
your late relative’s funds are released to you in a quiet manner and
you will be well protected.
I am proposing that if this transaction goes smoothly, we both will
share the money 50% each. I will need a sort of Guarantee from you
that after I have introduced you as the benefactor to my late client
that you will not deny me of my 50% share of the proceeds.
All i require is your honest cooperation to enable us see this
transaction through. This will be executed under a legitimate
arrangement that will protect you from any breach of law. I can
guarantee confidently the release of the Treasure Trunk Box if we both
collaborate and work as a team.
