It's with great respect hearing from you in Easter Sunday. First we cannot do anything without a confirmation receipt of your payment. Pur account seems to be lost and says the transaction didn't come through because it hadn't showed up yet in the account. Secondly when a payment is made we use the payment receipt to register your order. So the payment confirmation receipt is highly recommended. We also told you to send the confirmation email which you still haven't done that.
