Dear

Thank you again for your feedback. I wish to further explain the steps involved in this process. I can assure you that the funds will be transferred to you soon, provided you follow my guidelines. I have perfected all modalities for the funds claim and expect everything to run smoothly. It is important to emphasize that for a transaction of this magnitude; sincerity and confidentiality shall be paramount. I repose my trust in you in the hope that once we achieve our aim of securing the release of the funds to you, that the sharing ratio will not be renegotiated under any circumstance.

To achieve this objective, I will depose an Affidavit of Support before Her Majesty’s Crown Court here in London testifying that you are the next of kin to Late Engr. Arthur, and with the Affidavit, consequently apply to the Probates Registry for the Letter of Administration of the deceased’s Estate in your favour. This is necessary given that my late client died Intestate (without a Will). Once I obtain it, I will send it to you alongside an application letter for an inheritance claim which you will send to the operations manager of National Monument Bank so that they can process the fund release. Upon their receipt of the application letter, they will contact you to ascertain your claims of relationship to the deceased and all you need to do is forward their correspondence to me so that I can take care of it. I will provide all the requested information. The bank will then go through the submitted details and once they confirm them to be accurate, an approval will be given for the funds to be released to you.

I will now proceed to the court to swear affidavits and obtain the Letter of Administration in your favour and it will help if you provide a copy of your proof of identity which is needed. Since this is a transaction of mutual benefit, our mutual understanding, cooperation and effort is required to ensure its realization. I also need you to check your emails regularly as this will help us to complete the transaction in a timely manner. If you have any questions regarding the process, you can ask by email or direct call on the number above but I do wish to assure you that everything will run smoothly.

Note: I have obtained a copy of the Death Certificate for the purpose of this claim and have attached it to this email alongside the proof of funds and my work identity card for your perusal. I will now wait for your response and provision of proof of identity in order to proceed.

It is a 100% sure scam.

Thank you for sharing the details with us and warn other potential victims in this way.

We will move your post in that topic after adding the details of the fake site used in fraud.

The sad news is that sending any copy of your identity documents to a scammer may expose you to identity theft.

If you're the victim of identity theft, the very first thing you need to do is report the case of fraud to the police and obtain a case number - as soon as possible. It's also important to report the fraud to the Southern African Fraud Prevention Service.

We advise you to contact https://www.safps.org.za/ and report the fraud.
