Facebook is impersonated in this case by different domain names, two used only for the email address and a third one showing content.

First one is fbklottery.com. The domain name shows no content, being used only for the email address facebookoffice@fbklottery.com.

Facebook does not have a phone number for regular users to call. It does have an online help center, located at https://www.facebook.com/help/.
