artists everywhere online ripping people off their hard earned money
is nothing but the truth, we've been hearing different news on how
these fraudsters claim to be loan companies and agents ripping
innocent people off their hard earned cash thereby spoiling this
lending business for us and so I want you to comprehend we are a well
known and legitimate company in the US, we don't rip people off their
hard earned money thereby dragging our good reputation into the mud

Thanks for your mail, What I meant by we don't do buy and hold
loan
simply means that we don't fund a borrower with a loan to purchase a
property and then afterwards we would accept the property from the
borrower as collateral for the loan, no we don't do that, it's against
our asset based loan lending policies and that's what I meant by buy
and hold loans..
We can only accept a property from a borrower as security for the loan
if the borrower is the personal owner of it with his/her name imputed
in the property documents as the personal owner of it..
If you simply can't provide us with your personal properties as
security for the loan, then the only option left is that you have to
follow the non asset based loan alternative which I can enlighten you
more about the requirements attached to it if you want and the maximum
amount we lend on that alternative is $5million US dollars..
But if you can provide us with your personal properties as security
for the loan, then we can proceed with the asset based alternative
then..
