The victim met the scammer online. They changed messages and calls and they developed an online relationship. The scammer told the victim he want to send her a parcel with some gifts, together with an important amount of money he want not to have with him while being in a war zone.
The content of the parcel:
Gold necklace, Platinum necklace, Diamond Necklace ,Ring ,
Hand bags , shoes , Gold rings , Suits , 2 Children suits ,
Sneakers, perfumes(Pink Coach Poppy ,Victoria Secret Angel,
Miss Dior Cherie Perfum and Tommy girl, Ed Hardy skulls for
men), Flowers, I phone 6x, Apple Laptop And One Parcel
For receiving those gifts, the victim was asked to contact a delivery company sending that parcel and using the email address info@fluxlinkcourier.com. The victim contacted the company and was receiving messages constantly about the parcel being on the way from the initial destination to her place.
The parcel was traveling from the UK to Tanzania before reaching the US territory, where the victim is located. In Tanzania, the parcel was screened on the Check Point and the authorities found out a clearance paper is missing - without that paper the parcel was blocked until the victim will pay for clearance. She paid - to find out the Anti Terrorist Certificate is missing and she need to pay for that one also.
