Dear Sir,

On behalf of my colleagues, I write to make an inquiry about the possibility of lodging in your facility for the period we will stay in your area; 5th february to 27th february 2013 (22 nights).
Kindly calculate the prices of your 2 double rooms or apartment that will sleep four persons. Please offer discounts on your prices.
Thanks in anticipation
