Recovery scam / identity theft.

I’m Mr. James Holland, from a city government office in Washington DC.
I’m contacting you today to inform you about your compensation fund worth the sum of $15 million dollars in our office. According to our records, you are one of the beneficiaries that have not received their compensation fund awarded to you by the federal government, as coronavirus pandemic relief.
I want you to get back to me as soon as you receive my email so that we can proceed to make sure you receive your $15 million as soon as possible. Please reconfirm the information below:
Full name
Home address
Phone number
ID card/ passport.

Once you confirm this required information to me I will let you know how we will possibly send you this $15 million USD.

Best regards,
James Holland
