The fake site used in scam is a spoof of the United Nations Compensation Commission (UNCC).

UNCC has a warning on their website: https://uncc.ch/important-notice/:

The United Nations Compensation Commission concluded the claims-processing exercise in 2005, and payments to individuals concluded in 2007. The Commission will not reconsider any resolved claims nor will it accept any new claims, regardless of the circumstances. All claimants awarded compensation by the Commission have received the full amount of their respective awards.

Further, UNCC is aware of various email scams whereby the recipient is requested to provide bank details in order to receive an award from the Commission. Please note that UNCC only made payments to governments for distribution to successful claimants. It did not pay individuals or companies directly nor did it have any individuals or banks acting as its agent.
