Dear Sir,

We are contacting you based on your approved contract/inheritance funds you are expecting from overseas. We want to confirm from you if you have received the funds and would like to see your investment plan on how you intend to contribute to the economy by creating more jobs?

Google can be your best friend;use it if you have doubts about someone met online. If someone met online only asks for money, no matter what reason, it´s 100% scam.
