Recovery Scam:

Dear Sir/Ma

This is to inform you that your fund worth the sum of $12.5 million
dollars has been deposited with the Regions Bank.

All you'd have to do is to contact them immediately and they'll set up
and online account on your behalf and provide you with the login
details so you'd access your money and start making as many transfers
as you want.
