In the interim just give us a passport photo copy to attach with your other information and that would solve the problem and your Card will be ready anytime next week as waiting for applied passport will not be of help to you in this situation.

The administratives charges are as follows.

$200 for the insurance of the Card so that it will not have problem with US Customs.

$250 for couriers charges either DHL OR FEDEX which ever one you prefer.

$300 bank handling charges.

Total is $750.00 we hope this will not pose any problem on your side? The Card will be ready this week and we are sure it will be dispatched to you by early next week.
