diversion by the shipping agent and also the Diplomat inability to pay for
Non Inspection Fees.

On my assumption, each of the boxes will contain about $3Million to
$4Million each and the consignment is still left in the storage house till
today. The consignment are two metal boxes with weight of about 25kg each
(Internal dimension: W61 x H156 x D73 (cm). Effective capacity: 110 LBS.).
Approximately, the details of the consignment including your name and
address, the official document from United Nation office in London are
tagged on the Metal Trunk boxes.

CONGRATULATIONS

was successful as I have finally secured the release of your consignment (SEALED FUND) after a heated negotiation with the airport vault
authorities. I have also paid for Non Inspection fees of $4,475 on your behalf which was the main reason the Diplomat abandoned the consignment
because he was unable to pay the fee. In the meantime,I have finalized arrangement to fly down to your city for the delivery of the consignment
but the vault Authorities have informed me of an accumulated demurrage incurred on the consignment basically because of number of days it has been
there without clearance. They therefore require me to pay additional $900 for six days demurrage it has incurred before they could release them to me
for onward delivery to you. It cost $75 a day on each box.
