All offers of fresh fruit, vegetables and meat from Cameroon are scams, the country doesn't have the infrastructure to produce them at competitive export prices.
More important, pretty much all offers from Cameroon posted on sites like Alibaba are frauds, regardless of products offered.

@ polis777 In addition to what Poirot told you quite specifically. Going forward, any company that contacts you and is using a free email address and does not have a website is most likely a scam. Real companies buy a domains, have websites and emails based on their domains. Scammers free email addresses because they are anonymous.

Hi,
My boss told me to look into this emails he got:
From: info.cifc@gmail.com

> Seaport, Cameroon to your port of delivery without any problems.
>
> The delivery time for the goods is a maximum of 21 days.
>
> The freight cost for the 33 tons of Palm oil is at $2,400 USD

> Web Site: www.cifc.tk Dead
-----
Then he got this second one, in spanish:
Estimado Sr. Angelo,
> Buenos días y esperamos que todo está bien.
> La presente es para informarle de que estamos a la espera de sus
> noticias para que podamos proceder con el envío.
>
> Saludos

> Export and Sales Manager
> MML Enterprises Co Ltd
> Ekok Village Ndop, North West Region
> Republic of Cameroon
> Tel: 00237 77791443

I've been looking for those companies and I can't find anything other than their own web page. I told him it was a scam...
What do you think?
Thanks

My boss got this email from a "company" who exports oil from Cameroon, and told to look up into them... He didn't know they were fakes and was already negotiating with them.

Any company that is using free email addresses and doesn't have a website should be considered a scam. Double that when they hail from West Africa. In this day and age, considering how inexpensive getting a website is, only scammers don't have them. For more information, see: viewtopic.php?f=40&t=14259 Thanks for posting the information.
