You should go to our blackmail website by clicking the bubble above that says "Webcam Blackmail Help" or the link below.
Please fill out the form you will find there with as much information as possible concerning the scammer.
Then do all of the steps if you are still concerned the scammer might try to contact you.

All I have is their cell phone. Should I still fill it?

I just want to get an answer to this question: Do Moroccan scammers delete videos?

Please post the phone number.
Blackmail scammers generally delete the videos after showing them to the intended victims.
They are criminal evidence and can be used in court against them if the Police get ahold of them.
If you go through the steps provided it will tell you how to setup a Google alert if any video with your name should ever get posted online.

Hello Survivors, it's been 4 years since I was scammed. In the interim of all these, they sent out FB request to my friends in the 3rd year. But my friends reported the profile, I have google alerts.

Last few months I was obsessed over this, al though I read through all the comments and suggestions but still I'm afraid.

Any prior instance where the scammer tried to reach the victim after 3+1 years ?

Would they still have the videos ?

Doubtful they would still have the video.
It is evidence of their crime.
It's good that your friends are vigilant about the scammer trying to contact them.

Hello, 1 month ago, the blackmail incident happened, which I thought would never happen to me. I was threatened with taking my obscene photo and throwing it on my Instagram friends list. I paid once. When I kept asking again, I blocked it. Whatsapp wrote a fake dm image as if it was sent to my follower. I blocked it from there. He didn't even communicate. Due to this incident, I am experiencing a decline in my social life and in my exam year. I feel like a human being. How long does it take to reappear and heal in such cases? Can I go back to my old life? Since I can never be sure that he deleted my photo, I feel threatened all the time and I can't make myself admit the mistake I made. What advice would you give me?

Yes, there has been no communication for 1 month, but I am afraid and cannot regain my self-respect. I feel inferior to other people. How long will it take to recover based on the advice you can give in general and what you have seen in other cases?

The recovery rate is different in every case. It depends on how long the scammer tries to stick to the victim and the victim's own sense of vulnerability. Some get over it in days others take a long time. That time is up to you.

It's been 1 month, do you think there is any risk of sharing? How many people is it shared with at most?
