The victim met the scammer on Omegle. The conversation moved on Skype where the record was made. The scammer posted the video on youtube and asked for money to delete the video. The victim paid and the scammer was back asking for more. The victim paid again. And he decided to search for help online, arriving here. The money were sent through Western Union. Receivers names: El ksis Yassine and Fouad Imad.

wants to get the money 800 dollar but agreed for 600 in the name Yassine El Ksis

Now there is such a guy 24, in Casablanca - on facebook he calls himself HERO and uses reverse name - sisk Le Yassine.

He also uses DUDU and Badoo
I advised the victim not to pay !!
I am going after this man using reverse method - using his name on himself.
Anyone care to join me in exterminating this bug ?

Bad idea. You do not want to poke the scammers, especially when they still have the video footage. We never recommend people do this.

What steps, if any, have you already taken to block the scammer?: Blocked on skype, deleted my personal info from skype, unfriended and blacked on facebook, privatized all my personal information on facebook, hid my friends list, iitially shut down my facebook account but then got back on and posted that my account got hacked and don't open any friend requests from anyone you don't know. Noticed a friend request was sent to my wife's facebook, so I deleted it. Notified facebook of the issue and gave as much contact info and detail as possible. Changed all my passwords.

Anything you say may help prevent someone else from being scammed, no matter how trivial it may seem at the time.: Grainy video, very quick to go to skype, once skype and things got wild, the camera went black and as we were "trying to fix what was wrong," she sent me a link to my video on youtube. Thankfully, someone took it down almost immediately. Demanded $1,000 or would send a link to all facebook friends. She did friend request my wife, but I deleted the request.
