I did not pay, but decided to ignore them still. Blocked skype, deactivated facebook. But they know some of my friends links, so im really afraid they might post the footage

It's been half an hour since I said I would have paid them. And I havn't heard of anything yet..

Anything you say may help prevent someone else from being scammed, no matter how trivial it may seem at the time.: Scammer stated she was over 18 before we agreed to a cam show. Towards the actual beginning of the show, she edited the line (proven by the pen edit mark in skype) and changed it to "i am 15."

That's where the blackmail happened. I was accused of soliciting a minor and was told I was going to be revealed to my family and friends. No cam show actually happened and no recording ever took place (I never do).

If they told you they were a minor before the chat, we can not and will not help you. If they claimed to be older, then after the chat said they were going to tell everyone you had been talking to a minor, then so long as you follow all the steps in blackmailscams.com then you should be fine. They're not going to go to the police.

Like firefly said above they edited the conversation to change her age. No video had taken place I paid before the video happened and then they sent the notice.
