What steps, if any, have you already taken to block the scammer?: Reported their Facebook and kik accounts and blocked them

Is the real Jessica Weaver the world's biggest scammer on Instagram, or is the world's biggest scammer stealing her pictures? There are scammers who steal names, and scammers who steal photos; there are models who are very big scammers, and with a name like Jessica Weaver, an old English name, there are thousands out there who really are her, and some of them are scamming and making them all look bad by doing this.

Who is to blame? Who is liable for giving us this information; in my opinion it's the Internet which makes it too easy to commit fraud, and Instagram owned by Facebook, which lets people post any picture and say anything. The big problem on the Internet comes up when two people or more have the same name. Many of them are secretive about their age, where they live, or their true identity; because as we know there are stalkers and predators who prey on pretty girls.

It is so common in America, for young girls to have fantasies of being someone else; such as a princess, an actress, or even pretending to be their own mother or grandmother. In the area around Hollywood California this is known as acting and the entertainment industry. Also there is something in that area which many people call a modeling racket. Instagram supports these small businesses that release photos usually of women. The women themselves and the businesses do this as a hobby for no profit but that is very expensive, and often like many aiming for stardom, find that they didn't hit it rich, and became involved in a life of drugs and other crime instead.
