Anything you say may help prevent someone else from being scammed, no matter how trivial it may seem at the time.: i havent sent any naked pics to anyone that im sure, or been naked on web cam ever. or even spoke to anyone really of that matter. i just tried ashley madison out one time for couple days and barely even spoke to anyone. now months later i get this ?

Out of curiosity, I checked again a few hours later.

It now shows that four people fell for the scam and paid it. With as long as this scam has been going on, the scammer must be using several different bitcoin addresses. But, they are re-using one address several times.
