Stop looking for instances where the scammer did not follow the typical instance and disappear.
In the vast majority of cases, the victim did not yet follow all of the procedures here.

Time to move on.
If anyone asks you for money on the Internet they are always a scammer, 100% of the time.

I was scammed yesterday and managed to find this site just as the scammers were ramping up the pressure and the threats to get me to pay up. The scammer kindly offered to find me stores operating Moneygram close by me if I mentioned which city I lived in!
I managed to read over the blackmail scam/sextortion advice as the pressure was being applied. Then I started to deactivate my social media accounts. I've deactivated just about all my social media footprint. I'm now just waiting for nothing to happen.
I completed and submitted the form and hope that will be helpful to someone for the future. This site offered reassurance and good advice and I hope my donation helps.

southside,

We do not have your form. Try again. Put N/A in any required space if you do not have the information.

I've deactivated just about all my social media footprint.
You better deactivate ALL of them, per the steps.

Thanks for your donation. :)

I just got scammed about a week and sent $ because he had a link to my FB friends and he played back the video of me. It was humiliating. He said he would delete the video if I sent the money and I blocked him after I confirmed receipt; I just really don’t want my friends and family seeing me in that vulnerable situation.

I blocked that number, removed Skype, and deactivated my Facebook.

Since then, he has tried contacting me from two different numbers.

Per SlapHappys advice, I will be changing my phone number tomorrow.

I just want this feeling and this dude to go away.

Just sit tight for 30 days. The first few days are the hardest, ramping down your own fear.
They will stop when all avenues to you are blocked.

What’s weird is that they are creating new FB accounts of me and trying to friend people. They created a bunch, too. I had my friend report them all.

It seems like they are persistent as the incident happened a week ago and the FB accounts were created yesterday.

That's typical Filipino behavior. Don't worry about it. They are just trying to draw you out to pay them again. Stick to the steps.

Will they keep trying on Facebook for a few weeks? Or is it like one shot and then they are done?

Usually, just one shot to try to drag you out. When they find out that their FB accts get closed, they give up.
Stick to the steps for the waiting period from the last contact. Reset the clock.

Will do. I mean I am taking a super conservative approach. Have changed phone number, deactivated FB, made my LinkedIn private, etc. They really can’t even reach out to me.
