What steps, if any, have you already taken to block the scammer?: I block all the information on my face book and make sure anyone who is not my friend cannot see any information on my face book page. created an alert on google. Scan the payment information which scammer provide and reported to the interpol.

Anything you say may help prevent someone else from being scammed, no matter how trivial it may seem at the time.: keep calm and do as best as you can to reduce the ways which they can connect you(down to 0). if they show up again or connect your friend again, calm down, don't contact them, find the reason how they find you and your friend, then fix it and ignore them. report them to interpol.
