What country/city were you told to send the money to?: They said they were from California so i'm guessing there
How were you to send the money ?: They said PayPal first, then my normal bank
What steps, if any, have you already taken to block the scammer?: Deactivated their Instagram account

They will say "i don't use instagram to talk, can we go on iMessage?", do not do this.
If they posted your video on a website rather than simply show it as part of the chat, please include the link.: They have not posted any pictures yet that i know of, they tried to threaten me by making a group chat on Instagram with a few of my followers invovled
