What steps, if any, have you already taken to block the scammer?: I blocked them from Facebook and have temporarily deactivated my account. I have blocked them from Skype. And I have contacted YouTube to take the video down.
Are there any other details you wish to share? Anything you say may help prevent someone else from being scammed, no matter how trivial it may seem at the time.: In the skype call I noticed something at the bottom right of the screen that said "SplitCam" or something like that. Also the video that was posted on YouTube was made to make me look like a pedophile.

Scammer is impersonating someone who works for orphan charity in Africa, using starving children as an excuse to scam people. And threatens them with arrest for having online sex with a minor who does not exist and was never in the photos, profiles.
