I reported his email as phishing, I guess that blocks his email. If he proceeds to do this my life will be over. How come skype can not lock his account? omg this is bad

Reporting as phishing does not block them.. but that does not matter..let him send you emails, big deal. Do not open them, and he will believe that you are not playing his game and will not pay. He will eventually stop sending emails. Just Delete them, Do NOT OPEN them.
Right click the scammer's name in Skype, choose Remove from Contacts, and click Block box.
Do not add or answer any Skype messages from other names for awhile, if he comes back trying to talk with you under a different name.

Go back and read the main topic again if you are confused. And do everything advised. NO CONTACT WITH YOU = NO MORE SCAM.

We have found that most of these scammers work with cellphones and internet cafes, and do not save any FB contacts, but rely on using access to your FB. When they are blocked, they have no list. Plus sending to your friends risks their secret scam of you and endangers their profiles. This takes time to make profiles, and that is WORK. Scammers hate to WORK, and TIME=MONEY to them. They would much rather LIE LIE LIE about everything, and SCARE you without hurting THEMSELVES. Go eat something and get some sleep. You are as protected as you can be at this point.

Go read this topic. Maybe this will help. Stop the "What if 'worst case scenario' happens??!!"
We have not seen it yet.

Closure. When will this all end? NEW! Coping Strategies!
