The victim met the scammer on Omegle. The conversation moved on Facebook and after that on Skype, where the record was made. The scammer asked money, claims it was for his sick kid who had cancer and tried to send a "picture" on him... but it was a jar-file called "loader.jar". The victim did not upload the picture. The video was posted on Youtube and was gone short time after being reported.
