Online Global Prize Processing Centre is a fraudulent website used in lottery scams. Not only that there is no prize to win, but the victims are also exposed to identity theft while uploading copies of their identity documents on the fake website and / or providing their bank account details to the scammers.

From the fake website:

Start by completing the online claim form. It takes a few minutes. Please ensure that all information provided is correct to avoid processing delays or prize forfeiture.
Prize processing will begin immediately a completed and valid Claim Form is received. You will receive a response letting you know the status of your claim within 48 hours.
If your claim is approved, a cheque will be issued promptly and sent to the address you have provided. For UK residents, a direct bank transfer is an available option.

To claim a prize, you must be at least 21 years of age. We are required by law to ensure this. If you are below the given age limit, please do not proceed with the claim process. The age requirement is strict and no exceptions can be made to this policy.
A valid photographic Proof of identity is required to ensure only eligible people receive a prize. We request that you upload a photo of a valid ID, such as your Passport, National ID or Driving Licence, as proof of identity. You can do this easily and securely via this website
