The fake site used in scam claims to be Al Shahad Travel Agency.

From the fake site:

Al Shahad Travel Agency is your one-stop travel agency that offers memorable and blissful tours and travels. We have been around for years and since then have been serving our customers from around world that want to have a firsthand experience on how great that is to travel, discover and explore this amazing emirate.


Their visa application page shows to items: Download Application Form and Make Payments. All the accepted payments need to be done through wireless systems Western Union / Money Gram type.
