The fake site claims to be a bank named Arvest Bank. The real bank with that name was founded in 1961. The fake one is actively defrauding people online since May 16.

The fake site claims to be a business called MeritSolar Company. The content is stolen from the website of a real US company having nothing to do with the fraud.

From the fake site:

The Merit Solar team integrates the worlds of energy, technology, and finance. Our management team brings a wealth of solar leadership expertise from industry-leading firms such as Morgan Stanley and Bear Stearns. The company, with Head Quarters in Bakersfield, California was established by Stephan G. Teodor, who currently serves as the company CEO.

The "business" is created with the sole purpose of adding credibility to the "CEO" while dating online as:

The fake site claims to be Commonwealth National Bank.The real bank with that name has nothing do wo with the fraud. The fake site is active since May 15.
