The fake maker reported here has a long history. Back in 2010, when one of the first fake sites he created, globalcargo-express.com, was reported for fraudulent activities online, he claimed to be:

Mark Smith (s.mark8080@gmail.com)
24 Mbadiwe Street
Victoria Island
Lagos,23401
NG
Tel. +234.348026552520

In 2013, when another of the fake sites he created, gbclogisticscompany.com, was reported for fraudulent activities online, he claimed to be:

ORJI IHEANYI
248A Brown Street Jakande Estate
Isolo
Lagos, 23401
Nigeria
Phone: 08085785120
Email: s.mark8080@gmail.com

A year later, in 2014, when accesstrustbk.com was also reported for being used in fraudulent activities online, he was:

terry, John
26 Victoria Street
Victoria Island
Lagos, 23401
Nigeria
Phone: 2348085785120
Email: s.mark8080@gmail.com

Since 2015, with all the fake sites he creates he is:

Rae D. Garcia
Organization: Elek-Tek
22 Trehafod Road
BUCKFASTLEIGH
London, TQ11 1WU
United Kindgom
Phone Number: +47.0785640
Email: s.mark8080@gmail.com

Good part of his recent portfolio is registered with NameCheap, using .us domains mentioning:

Registrant Application Purpose: P1
Registrant Nexus Category: C11

Translating, P1/C11 means that he is a natural person who is a United States Citizen. Funny when you realize that this natural person cannot remember his own name or address the past 8 years, and he seems to never use a valid phone number.

Unread postby firefly » Sat Aug 11, 2018 10:24 pm

Fake banks? Fake couriers? Doesn't matter. The faker maker has even his own Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) Office.

The fake site is used only for the email address. The fraudulent domain name was registered in March. For the fake site details: https://db.aa419.org/fakebanksview.php?key=132890.

Not good enough? How about impersonating White House? That's exactly what the domain whitehouserep.us was created for. Again, no content, the domain name is used only for the email address since it was registered, in June. For the fake site details: https://db.aa419.org/fakebanksview.php?key=132913.

This is only a natural step ahead after targeting veterans with veteraninsurancesupport.us (creation date 2017-04-28) or American tax payers with uspaymentdepartment.us (creation date 2017-02-01), both no longer active.
