The fake site claims to be BBI International Bank Ltd. The content of the site is stolen from Belize Offshore Bank.

From the fake site:

BBI International Bank Limited (CIBL) was granted an Unrestricted "A" Class International Banking License on September 29th, 2003 by the Central Bank of Bahamas and is regulated by the Central Bank of Bahamas which set the standards for liquidity and capital adequacy.

The phone numbers are invalid.

The "bank" pretending to be active since 2003 was registered few weeks ago. From the fake site details:
