The fake site claims to be Royal Swiss Merchant Bank. The identity of the bank is entirely bogus. The Royal Bank of Canada had a Swiss private-banking business, RBC Suisse SA, sold in 2015, but that real bank is active under another name.

From the fake site:

Welcome to Royal Swiss Merchant Bank. We offer banking like never before. Our business is to satisfy our customers/clients while realizing their financial goals. With our new Online Banking, it allows our customers/clients bank from anywhere in the world.

Naturally, we have grown older and with maturity comes wisdom from which we make decisions, largely influenced by customer’s best interest. Our customers are already beginning to bear positive testimonies to our reputation and turnaround time in service delivery.

"we have grown older and with maturity comes wisdom " in only 10 months... while having no physical location.

" we make decisions, largely influenced by customer’s best interest" - not quite, as long as the best interest of the customers is not to become victims of an online fraud...

The bank may pretend to be in Switzerland, but the faker maker creating the fake site is in Nigeria:

Chima Akpachiogu
Lives in Lagos, Nigeria
From Orlu, Imo, Nigeria

The fake maker has a bad history going back to 2010, when he was reported for the first time for creating a fake site pretending to be IRS Courier Express. He also had a fake site claiming to be CommonWealthLotto In Union with Lottery USA and another one impersonating Alliance Trust Bank. A year later, 2011, another of the fake sites he created claimed to be EBS Mining Limited.

The fake site impersonating Royal Swiss Merchant Bank is part of a group of fake sites including domain names pretending to be Private Swiss Banque, Dboucher Marines, Business City, Expert Mines Global Co and Ovidius Marine.
